Camping and Storage Prices*

• RV Camping:

  • Overnight - $25.00/Day + Tax

    • 50 amp service + $5.00/Day

• Tent Sites - $15.50 + Tax

• Weekly - $95.00 + Electric

• Monthly - $160.00 + Electric

RVs must be self-contained. Showers may be used during office hours for $4.00/person.       

            Camping price includes 2 adults and children less than 16 years of age.

An additional $2.00/day will be charged for additional people 16 and older.

 

• Special Winter Rate for Monthly Renters:

  • Special Winter Rate of $200.00 + electric for the 4 months from November thru February is available. Winter period starts on your November anniversary date and ends on your March anniversary date.

    • $5.00/night will be charged for usage while on winter rate.

    • Regular monthly rate required for at least the 6 consecutive months prior to Winter Rate

    • OR

  • Your must pay 1 year in advance.

 

• Inside Storage Units:

  • 30 ft. units: $490.00/year or $245.00/6 months

    • $60.00/month  (default rate)

• 36 ft. units: $520.00/year or $260.00/6 months

  • $65.00/month  (default rate)

 

• Fenced Outside Storage:

  • $20.00/month

  • $15.00/month if paying for 3 or more months at a time
