PARK RULES

1. No refunds, credit, or prorating on camping, pad rental, or storage.

2. SPEED LIMIT IN PARK IS 5 MPH. Please observe to protect residents and guests.

3. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am except for July 4th and New Year’s Eve.

4. Use care in parking to avoid damaging your rig or hitting water, sewer, or electrical connections.

5. Please do not park on the road. Additional parking is available north of the store.

6. All RVs must be self-contained. Showers may be used during office hours for $4/person. Please keep our restrooms clean. NO SMOKING IN ANY PARK BUILDINGS.

7. If using as a residence, children under the age of 18 may not live with you. Visitation of younger children may not exceed 2 weeks.

8. Per New Mexico State Law, use a sewer adapter or seal when hooking up to the sewer to prevent leaks or fumes from escaping. Do not stuff your hose into the sewer connection as this may plug the line above your site. Discharge wastewater into the sewer only and not on the ground. Do not put diapers, disposable towels, or “flushable” wipes in the sewer. Please put in trash barrels.

9. Keep your campsite clean and place all trash, including cigarette butts, in trash barrels located throughout the park. Please break down or crush cartons. DO NOT PUT FISH PARTS OF ANY KIND IN TRASH BARRELS.

10. Be considerate of other camper’s campsites. Do not walk through occupied sites without camper’s permission.

11. Fire pits are allowed but must be self-contained. DO NOT LEAVE FIRES UNATTENDED. Burn only wood and be considerate of your neighbors. Please remove all remaining firewood and kindling.

12. Children are welcome guests but you are responsible for their safety and actions.

13. Keep pets on a leash and clean up after them. Pets may not be left unattended outside or for prolonged periods anywhere.

14. Cost per site includes 2 adults and children age 15 and younger. All additional overnight guests 16 years old and over will be charged $2 plus tax per person per night.

15. All visitors and guests must check in at the office. This includes using someone else’s site.

16. Laundry room hours match office hours. Cost is $1.75 wash and $1.75 dry per load. Request key from the store and return it to store when finished. Please keep the laundry room clean. Use only non-chlorine bleach and only 1/8 cup LIQUID detergent in the washer. NO PODS!

17. Checkout time for overnight guests is 12:00 Noon.
